new ikea collection which we'll most likely integrate for our study. we thot it's kinda sturdy enough yah...better than the wood ones they have and cheaper than fabricating. we even thought of how many we need to buy, how to arrange them on the wall with that centre glass panel.

anyway i thought of creating a new blog for my home renovation process but at the rate my work is going i don't seem to have time to wander around online typing boliao stuff. i just either have endless pics to scan or webbies to search (oh have u cheaked out ikea australia?
i had so much fun piecing in the wardrobe configuration...that's what u can do with modular stuff like ikea). geez i'm such a ikea fan. even tho we complain that the billy bookshelves are like lousy and smiling at us (we have 4 sets at home....another 4 sets at my mum's place), even tho we never really bought the kitchen system even tho i think it's quite cool confirguring it, even tho we always think all the furnitures are particleboard (nopz they have those in MDF, solid woods wat), even tho we think that cheapo stuff don't last (some of my ikea stuff is still around since i was a toddler, like the yellow chair at my ol' room...the other 3 broke liao). if u got too much time read this. it's such a rage that ikea is coming to tampines at the end of the year...wah man.

i wonder at the massive amount of wood we use nowadays (paper, plywood, solid timber flooring, books, furniture) i wonder when will they run out. as it is, getting unique woods like oak, chengai etc is already so ex le.

phews....so much for ikea-ing. we had a interesting discussion during sun sch today abt mega churches and stuff, quite interesting and thought provoking..tho the context was US churches (and some US history) and in the light of 1 Cor 9:9-23. we discussed about how much u think a pastor's salary should be...is there a cap? oh cool...anyway i found the article online here. and a page of the responds from readers here. anyway these are stuff where somehow what is really a lot of things are debatable...and we can go on and on and on...and i've written too much and so i'm sleepy le...i wish i have better time to craft my words but i'm have terrible memory for precise words i hear. yawns
